All orders placed will be despatched within 48hrs, any orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day. 

Xay + Mama currently only ships to the UK, we look to ship internationally soon, all orders are tracked.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and despatched.

We currently do not offer exchanges or returns on tableware.

If you have received an incorrect and/or faulty product please email us at xayandmama@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your products, with a small note including your order number and reason for return. 

Following inspection of your return, Xay + Mama reserves the right to use our discretion to determine whether the returned products are faulty. If your return request is approved, we will process your refund, and credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Please note that silicone suction does not work on most wooden surfaces and we can't approve requests for refunds or returns for this reason. 

Natural wear & tear through use will not be considered a faulty good, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order received free delivery, the standard rate of shipping in your country applies and will be deducted from the total refund amount. This is because we have already paid the shipping fee from your order to the carrier. 

We highly recommend sending your return via tracked post as Xay + Mama accepts no liability for any items lost in transit.
